Kids Fun, Inc., doing business as Dancercise Kids ("Dancercise Kids," "we," "us," or "our"), respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through dancercise.com (the "Site") and through our services, how we use it, when we share it, and the choices you have. It applies to parents, guardians, and other adults who interact with us. By using the Site or enrolling a child, you agree to this Policy.
We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the Effective Date above and post the updated Policy on this page.
Information We Collect
Information you provide. When you register a child, manage your account, or contact us, you may provide your name, email address, mailing address, telephone (including mobile) number, your child's name and enrollment details, and the name of your child care center. You also provide payment card information at registration.
Payment information. We do not store full payment card numbers on our systems. Your card details are handled by our payment processor, which stores them securely on our behalf and provides us only a secure token that is used to process your monthly charges.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we may automatically collect limited technical information — such as your browser type, device, and the pages you visit — using cookies and similar technologies, in order to operate and improve the Site.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- enroll your child and manage your account;
- bill you and process payments;
- communicate with you about your account, classes, schedule changes, and payments — including by email, telephone, and text message;
- respond to your questions and provide customer support; and
- operate, maintain, and improve the Site and our services.
Text Message (SMS) Communications
When you provide a mobile number in connection with your account, we may send you text (SMS) messages relating to your account — for example, payment reminders, balance notices, and class or schedule information. These messages are part of servicing your account. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for help; opting out will not affect your child's enrollment, as we will simply contact you another way.
We do not share or sell your mobile phone number or other mobile information with any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes at any time.
How We Share Information
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
We share your information only:
- With service providers who perform services on our behalf — such as our payment processor, our email and text-message delivery providers, and our website host — and who are permitted to use it only to provide those services to us;
- To comply with law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users, the public, or Dancercise Kids; and
- In a business transfer, such as a merger or sale of assets, in which case your information may be among the transferred assets and will remain subject to this Policy.
As stated above, your mobile number and your consent to receive text messages are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
Children's Privacy
Protecting children's privacy is especially important to us. The Site is intended for use by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. The only information we hold about a child is what you, as the parent or guardian, provide when you register your child for class. We do not knowingly allow children under 13 to submit personal information through the Site, and we do not share children's information with third parties except as needed to provide the classes you have enrolled your child in. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us personal information directly, please contact us and we will delete it.
Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, and understand how the Site is used. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies; some features of the Site may not work properly if you do.
Your Choices and Rights
- Text messages and email: You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any such email.
- Access and correction: You may ask us to review, update, or delete the personal information we hold about you.
- State privacy rights: Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to request its deletion, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and you remain responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.

We may revise this Policy as our practices or the law change. We will post any changes on this page and update the Effective Date above. Your continued use of the Site or our services after changes take effect means you accept the revised Policy.
